Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Ghanaian Customers: You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- International Customers: You have 12 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. If an item is returned due to ineligibility (e.g., damaged or missing packaging), the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time-frame, typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
